Flip’s dedication and impact in real estate have quickly been recognized. She was awarded NAHREP San Antonio Rookie of the Year (2025), named one of the Top 25 Rookies at the NAHREP National level, and most recently honored as Platinum Top 50 Newcomer of the Year for 2025–2026.

Having spent 12 years working in the financial institution industry, Flip gained invaluable skills that now allow her to provide exceptional service to her real estate clients. Flip moved back to her hometown of San Antonio, Texas in 2020 after traveling across the U.S. for 16 years alongside her Active-Duty Air Force husband. When she’s not working on her business, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, cheering on her son as he participates in football, baseball, and powerlifting, and playing league volleyball with fellow real estate partners every Monday night—a tradition she’s kept for the past three years.
